Coach Hardman is now in her fifth season leading the Lady Trojan Volleyball team. Her best season was in 2015.  The Trojans went 15-24 on the court and had tremendous success in the classroom. The team earned a 3.54 GPA garnering them awards from both the NJCAA and the American Volleyball Coaches Association. They had eight players earn academic awards.  The 2016 season was a building season with some great lessons learned. 2017 was a good season for it being the first year with all Coach Hardman’s recruits.  They went 11-25 on the season and will have some Academic All-Americans.  We had two sophomores sign to play on at the next level.  The level of talent speaks for itself as we had one sophomore and one freshman sign to play at the Division 1 level for the 2018 season.  2018 was another decent season, building from the year prior, with a record of 11-19.  We had one all region player and several academic all Americans and the highest GPA on campus both semesters at a 3.56 first semester and a 3.54 second semester.  The 2018 team earned academic honors from the AVCA.

Coach Hardman brings over 20 years of experience in the game of volleyball to Trinidad State Junior College.   She spent three years at McPherson College as an assistant coach.  While there, they went to NAIA Regional playoffs twice in three years.  The next step in Coach Hardman’s journey was Bethany College.  She was there as an assistant from 2008-2010 and then again from 2013-2015.  Hardman helped to coach several KCAC all-conference players while at McPherson and Bethany College and one NAIA All-American.

Coach Hardman attended and played volleyball for four years at Kansas Wesleyan University, where she graduated with a B.A. in Athletic Training and minors in Health and Psychology.  She went on to earn her M.B.A., with an emphasis in Sports Management in May 2013 from Kansas Wesleyan University as well.

Coach is married to David Hardman and they have two children, Brenton and Quinton.
