Trojan Cross Country/Track and Field All-American Daniel Haymes recently signed his NCAA letter of intent to continue his running career at West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas. Haymes was one of the first signees of the Trojan Cross Country program, making his way to Alamosa from Derby, England. He is a seven time All-American so far at Trinidad State, where he has established many records. He will head to Canyon, to join a Buffalo program that competes in the Lone Star Conference of NCAA Division II and finished 14th in the NCAA D2 finals last fall.
