TRINIDAD, Colo. - Head Coach Mike Folda announces the hiring of Griffin Myers as the new assistant coach for the men's basketball program.

Prior to Trinidad State College, Myers spent two seasons from 2022-24 with the Mercer men's basketball program as a Graduate Assistant. In his time at Mercer, he served the coaching staff as the Video/Analytics Coordinator while also assisting with day-to-day program operations.

Before joining Mercer in 2022, Myers spent four seasons as a student manager for the University of Wisconsin men's basketball team. He served as head manager his senior year.

Myers' earned his bachelor's degree in business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2022 and earned his master's degree in higher education in 2024.

Myers' hometown is Hastings, Minnesota.
