Kyle Masterson enters his second year as Assistant Athletic Director and his third year as the Assistant Coach for Cross Country and Track and Field. The athletes Kyle has coached have won 7 Individual National Championships, broken one Men’s NJCAA National Record, and claimed 35 All-American awards. In 2018 Kyle helped coach the highest placing men’s team to date which finished 6th in the country overall at the NJCAA Indoor Championships.
Kyle is a graduate of Adams State University with a BS in Exercise Physiology and a MA in Coaching. He competed as a member of the Cross Country and Track and Field teams and was a member of two National Championship teams and won three All-American awards.
Kyle lives in Alamosa, Colorado with his wife Lauren and their two dogs, Chief and King. Kyle competes professionally as a distance runner at various races throughout the world.
