Trojan soccer defender Sophia Rivero recently signed her National Letter of Intent to play at Davis and Elkins College in Elkins, West Virginia next season. Rivero, from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, was a force on the defensive half of the field for the Lady Trojans over the past two seasons. She did record a pair of assists as a freshman. She will join a Senator team that was 1-12-3 last season in the NCAA Division II Great Midwest Athletic Conference.
