Basketball falls to Seward County in Kansas

Game @ Seward Count Community College

1st Half:

That wraps up a long road game stretch for the Trojans.  They took on Seward Community College.  In the beginning, of the first half, both teams were trading buckets and not much defense was involved.  Six minutes into the game, the Trojans flipped a switch and wreaked havoc on Seward by enforcing their physicality.  Trinidad's aggressiveness forced the Saints to cough up the ball several times.  Seward looked Flustered. At some point, Trinidad State had to turn to their bench, so their starters could get a breather.  The Saints were able to capitalize and crawled their way back into the game.  Eventually tying up the score.  Seward hit a buzzer beater 3 to take the lead at half.

2nd Half

In the second half Trinidad state looked flat, like someone sucked all of the energy out of them.  They were able to execute several plays but did not take care of the ball and Seward took advantage in the fast break.  The Trojans are looking forward to this much needed home game stretch.
