The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA)

The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) Survey is a report that institutions are required to make available to students, prospective students and the public in easily accessible places in order to comply with United States Department of Education regulations.

The EADA reports the institutions commitment to providing equitable athletic opportunities for its men and women students. All institutions of higher education that participate in federal student aid program(s) must complete an annual EADA report.
